Silverman Thompson Wins Major Federal Court Rulling in NFL Painkiller Class Action
The United States District Court for the Northern District ofCalifornia has denied the NFL Team’s Motion to Dismiss which argued the case should be dismissed based upon preemption by the Collective Bargaining Agreement and statute of limitations. The case will now proceed to discovery. Silverman Thompson is lead counsel in this matter and represents over 1500 retired players.
