• We prosecuted an anticompetitive business dispute in the Pennsylvania federal court that involved service providers to inmates.
• We defended a pharmacy benefit manager in a Lanham Act case brought in Maryland federal court by a large pharmaceutical company.

Federal/State Constitutional Matters

• We obtained writs of innocence and then successfully prosecuted Section 1983 claims in federal court against the City of Baltimore on behalf of plaintiffs who were wrongfully imprisoned as part of the GTTF scandal.

• We served as co-lead counsel prosecuting a putative class action against the NHL relating to concussions. The case settled favorably for the plaintiffs.
