Emily Kamp
Associate
Emily Kamp joined Silverman Thompson as an associate attorney in 2025. She focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation and family law.
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Kamp served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Thompson of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. There, she strengthened her skills in legal analysis, writing, and courtroom procedure.
Ms. Kamp began her legal career at the Office of the State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County, where she supported prosecutors while completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Baltimore. She went on to gain hands-on experience through judicial internships, clerkships, and student-attorney positions.
She has been commended for her clear communication, empathetic client service, and strong legal writing. Motivated by a commitment to helping clients navigate complex and stressful matters, Ms. Kamp brings both compassion and precision to her practice.
